  • Financial information that you provide us, including the Resident’s budget for senior housing options and whether the Resident receives Medicare or Medicaid.

If you would like to op-out of sharing information, there is a link located on our sites. Click the “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” link or email privacy@ardentlifecare.com include your information and the word "opt-out" in the body of your email.
